Global controls such as Timbre Shift, Mechanical Noise, Global Tune, and Lid Position (grand only) let you fine-tune realism and overall character. The Timbre Shift control is particularly flexible, allowing you to reshape brightness and weight to suit different genres and mix spaces. A dedicated preamp with volume and drive, three-band EQ with sweepable mid, and a piano-voiced compressor give you precise control over dynamics and tone. Reverb options are tailored to each instrument, including Stage, Arena, Room, Hall, Spring, and Plate types, so you can place your piano exactly where it needs to sit. Add amp and microphone modelling, DAW-syncable modulation and delay, and full MIDI assignment, and Pianology fits smoothly into any modern production setup.
