The McDSP NR800 Noise Reduction Native is a flexible, eight-band noise reduction plug-in that lets you target specific frequencies to produce clean and precise recordings, perfect for use in live sound, post-production and studio music production. Using audio-optimised algorithms, NR800 operates with no internal latency, meaning no matter how aggressive your noise reduction, you won’t introduce artefacts or distortion to your signal that can be found in transform-based processing plug-ins.
Centered around eight bands of focusable noise reduction, the McDSP NR800 is ideal for targetting specific frequencies where noise occurs in your signal, delivering a non-destructive process that allows you to preserve the natural tone and character of the audio. With six noise reduction modes and eight noise reduction bias settings, you have a wide range of options and shaping available to tackle any obstacle. A set of input filters can be configured with slopes from 6, 12, 24 and 36dB/Oct can be set independent of the eight bands to create an ultra-precise noise reduction process.
